PU 100 - Technology based on polyurethane resins, chemically hardened by spraying.
Polyurethane coating for exterior and interior applications in military containers. Spray application at 70°C and high pressures of 140 bar. Working thickness according to STANAG 2930 certification - external 3-4 mm, internal 2-3 mm.
The coating is applied directly to the structural sheet metal of the container
marine (the surface can be sandblasted or matt before spraying, traces of corrosion can be removed. The coating dries in 3-5 seconds, full polymerization of the material in 12 hours. Colors as agreed with the client.
